My Mission is to enable NextGen leaders to Trust, Lead and Grow.  My purpose is to combine my deep, hands-on expertise in organization design and professional executive coaching to help leaders reposition and adapt their business operating models and organization structures to leap successfully into the Future of Work.  My intention is to influence a more innovative, productive, inclusive and evolved civil society.  


I do this one leader and one room at a time.  My clients are high achievers who want to play bigger and more fully in their personal and professional lives.  They are ready to challenge their own assumptions and expand their thinking. They accept the invitation to leap into their own transformation. They include leaders in private business, entrepreneurial start ups, global professional services, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, public and charter schools, finance, real estate, government, law, executive boards and chief medical officers on the front lines of COVID-19.
